Job Description
Position: Team Lead
Role: Service Coordinator/Customer Service Executive
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
Education: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/Graduation
Experience: 2-3 years in the service industry, preferably in Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances like TV, AC, Washing Machine, etc.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month plus benefits (PF, Mediclaim, Mobile reimbursement).
Job Description: Allocate calls to engineers, manage service franchises, and maintain KPIs and TAT with good communication skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
Immediate Joining Required.
