Job Description
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited is seeking a Service Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in roles such as Technical Support Executive or Operations Executive, based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Apple Service Centre Operations.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Claims, and Incentives.
- Review daily open calls with the Field Team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and regional languages.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Background in the service industry.
- Education: Any degree, diploma, ITI, or technical certification.
- Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month.
