Job Description
Zaptech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Desk Verification Associate to join our team. Your main duties will include making outbound cold calls to identify contacts and ensuring accurate call dispositions. You will engage with debtors to generate leads and collaborate with the collections team for live transfers and appointments. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess strong questioning and listening skills.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month, plus benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Requirements
