Job Description
Xylem Learning is seeking a dedicated Academic Mentor (Job Code: JOB001180) to join our team in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate will provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students, offering individualized assistance to monitor their progress effectively. Collaborating with teachers and staff and coordinating resources is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education, with a master’s degree preferred. Candidates aged 21-30 with 0-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. The salary range for this position is ₹20,00 to ₹26,00.
