Job Description
Join WTW as a Client Services Specialist and contribute to our mission of excellence in pension scheme administration. In this role, you will perform routine tasks such as benefit calculations and payment processing while collaborating with team members in North America and Canada.
Your responsibilities will include improving client services, addressing inquiries through standard procedures, and escalating potential issues as needed.
