Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries, manage claims processes, troubleshoot issues, and handle requests related to policy renewals, cancellations, and updates. You will provide support for payments and billing inquiries while also upselling relevant insurance products. Maintaining accurate records and providing feedback for service improvement is key to this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
