Job Description
Universal Study is seeking a Front Office Administrator to be the primary point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and reception area, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism. Responsibilities include handling both inbound and outbound telecalling to support marketing and customer service, directing phone calls, maintaining visitor logs, and organizing office supplies and equipment.
