Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client portfolios
- Listing clients for payment recovery
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Adhering to legal guidelines
Qualifications: Minimum +2 and above. Age limit up to 30 years for freshers and experienced candidates from MFI.
Salary: Starting at ₹12,00 for Freshers (first 2 months), upgraded to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. Total pay between ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month.
