Job Description
We are looking for an entry-level representative to join our Consumer Operations Support team at TransUnion. In this role, you will handle telephonic and online queries from consumers regarding their credit reports and TransUnion products.
Your key responsibilities include providing prompt assistance with disputes, opt-outs, and password resets while troubleshooting system errors. You’ll maintain communication with your team leader, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and may also mentor peers by sharing best practices.
This is a hybrid position requiring you to work in-person at an assigned TU office for at least two days a week while managing tasks virtually.
