Job Description
Join Tiaraa Consultancy Services as a Customer Support Associate! We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills to work in our Malad office.
Requirements include a Graduate/HSC degree (SSC+ with experience is acceptable) and at least 6 months of experience in customer support (inbound process). Salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹70,00 per month, based on the interview and previous salary.
This position involves rotational shifts (24/7), with 5 working days and 2 days off per week. Immediate joining is preferred. Transportation is provided within certain boundaries.
