Roles and Responsibilities:
- Convert admissions from allocated leads effectively.
- Conduct prompt follow-ups on leads until admission.
- Achieve assigned targets for tele sales.
- Perform sales calls and successfully close leads.
- Lead and inspire a team of Academic Counsellors.
