We are searching for a female fresher to fill the position of IT Recruiter. This role is perfect for an MBA graduate with a technical background (BBA/BTech preferred). As an IT Recruiter, you will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate with college TPOs, and conduct campus recruitment events.
Responsibilities include: Screening candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and effectively assessing technical skills.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, proactive sourcing abilities, and willingness to travel (25% preferred).
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹12,00 per month with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
