Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, welcoming clients and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Handle inquiries, direct calls, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with HR coordination.
- Maintain office visitor logs and uphold front office security.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal skills; experience in customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Prior front-office experience is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
