We are looking for a dedicated Email Support Executive to join our team at Scymes Services Pvt Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of customers’ requests and booking confirmations via email.
- Handling inbound calls and communicating appropriately with guests and hosts.
- Assisting guests with special requests and arrangements.
- Coordinating with booking channel agents regarding reservations.
- Answering inquiries from hosts and guests by phone or email.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
