Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile development process, ensuring teams effectively apply Scrum practices to deliver high-quality products.
Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, removing obstacles, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and maintain efficient workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and proven experience in a similar role. A Scrum Master certification is preferred.
