Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will address client needs, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve issues and maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00/month
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, and Rotational shifts available.
