Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our team at Roastown Global Grill as a Restaurant Hostess! This full-time position requires working hours from 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM, with weekends included and weekdays off.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and managing waiting lists.
- Providing menus and answering initial inquiries.
- Seating guests and managing table assignments.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving complaints.
- Handling reservations and phone inquiries.
Salary ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications include a diploma and 1 year of experience in guest services and relations.
