Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and reservations.
- Manage phone calls and emails, process payments efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Utilize hotel management software proficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekends.
