Job Description
RealPage, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Associate responsible for daily invoice processing to meet business service levels. The role includes assisting with policy validation, resolving low complexity issues, and supporting team operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and possess 2-3 years of BPO experience. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail are essential. The ability to work independently and adapt to change is also required. Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and in the multifamily industry is preferred.
