Job Description
Join our dynamic team at P9 Farms Private Limited, a leading organic milk supplier in Pune, Mumbai & Hyderabad! We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and app tickets, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred.
Salary: ₹10,442.63 – ₹28,814.49 per month with benefits including Provident Fund. Rotational shifts available.
