Job Description
Join NTT DATA as an HC & Insurance Operations Associate! In this role, you will process adjudication claims, resolve payment and denial issues, and navigate healthcare insurance policies.
Your responsibilities include maintaining precise transaction accuracy, managing authorizations, and developing a deep understanding of insurance products. We seek candidates with 1-3 years of claims processing experience, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities. Experience with Facets is a plus.
This position requires availability Monday-Friday from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed.
