Job Description
Nobl Q is seeking a dedicated Executive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Chennai, Porur, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, particularly in the IT services sector. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining our applicant tracking system. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 5 to 7 L.
