Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at NEW EDGE REALTY SOLUTIONS located in Kolkata, Salt Lake.
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹19,00/month based on experience.
Benefits: Fixed weekends off, cab drop facility, PF, ESI, bonus & attendance allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
Experience: 1 year in technical support and customer service preferred.
Language: Hindi and English preferred.
Work Location: In person.
