Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote fitness and health through outdoor activities.
  • Receive training in Rock Climbing and rope course management.
  • Manage high rope courses and wall climbing activities.
  • Ensure safety for all participants.
  • Guide and motivate participants during activities.
  • Maintain adventure equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Graduate (preferred DEE/DME).
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience welcome.
  • Passion for outdoor life and fitness required.
  • No smoking or alcohol consumption.

Pay & Compensation

  • 3-month internship: Rs. 300 p.m. stipend.
  • Post-internship: Rs. 2.1 lacs CTC.
