Job Description
Mouser Electronics is seeking a Detail-Oriented Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will perform accurate and efficient data entry using various computer programs, ensure the integrity of data through proofreading, and manage documentation, including faxes, mail, and emails. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, handling international orders in multiple currencies, and providing chat support in local and other required languages.
Candidates should possess effective time management skills and the ability to support local customer service teams as well as other departments on complex requests. A Bachelor’s degree and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
