Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Mindshaft Media Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years in finance accounting systems and petty cash management, collaborating closely with the Finance Head.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track, update, and monitor activity expenses.
- Maintain effective communication skills.
- Update Tally software.
- Manage petty cash.
- Initiate and share purchase orders promptly.
- Develop financial forecasts for the business.
- Monitor vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
