Job Description
Join Mahe Technologies Pvt Ltd in Kolkata (Golpark) as a Customer Care Executive in our UK Survey BPO Voice Process. This full-time position requires candidates to conduct customer surveys for UK clients via outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys with UK customers (no sales).
- Follow a scripted questionnaire and record responses.
- Maintain communication etiquette and meet targets.
Required Skills: Excellent English communication, Higher Secondary or Graduate, basic computer skills.
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹20,00 per month with performance incentives. 5-day work week, UK shift timing (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST).
