Job Description
Leventm Technologies is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing specialist to enhance our organizational growth. As part of our team, you will support staff by conducting interviews and providing guidance on candidate selection. You will also prepare employees for new assignments through effective orientation and training programs.
Your responsibilities will include managing pay plans, monitoring employee performance, and implementing benefits programs while ensuring legal compliance with human resource regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to coaching, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
