Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as an RCU FRM Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in the detection and prevention of fraud in Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and UPI transactions, thereby reducing financial losses.
Your responsibilities will include the optimum use of fraud monitoring tools, monitoring transactions in real time for fraud detection, and confirming transactions with cardholders promptly.
Prepare various Management Information Systems (MIS) including daily trackers and monthly reports, and ensure effective communication with branches.
