Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking team at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of corporate clients, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key responsibilities include cross-selling bank products, maintaining customer records, and addressing complaints. Candidates should have a graduate degree, 0-2 years of experience, and be willing to travel. A two-wheeler and Android phone are essential. Experience in liability sales or KYC knowledge is an advantage.
