Job Description
We are looking for a Compliance Process and Policy Specialist for Kotak Mahindra in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will liaise with the Business and ORM team for vendor onboarding in commercial banking. Responsibilities include reviewing documents and addressing ORM team queries. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
Requirements: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with 1-3 years of banking operations experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders are vital.
