Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Desk Representative to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day trade transactions, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with various business units to ensure timely and error-free execution of transactions.
You will also manage client queries related to Trade Finance and CMS operations, issue Letters of Credit, and conduct initial document scrutiny.
Qualifications include a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance and CMS products.
