• Lead and mentor a team of product support engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous skill enhancement.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Provide expert technical guidance on diesel engines, gas engines, and related systems.
• Handle critical customer escalations with prompt investigations and resolutions.
• Drive product quality initiatives and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
• Develop strategies to minimize product downtime and enhance customer satisfaction through effective on-site support.
