Job Description
Kasth Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to manage customer coordination via calls and emails, providing quotes and shipment updates. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of customs queries, LC Shipments, and FCL shipments. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include managing customer bookings, gathering necessary shipment information, and staying informed on import/export regulations. Exceptional customer service is a must, as you will address inquiries and resolve documentation-related issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,904.24 per month | Schedule: Day shift | Work Location: In person
