Job Description
THULASI PHARMACIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling communications, assisting with reports, and tracking office assets. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain systematic records and files (digital and physical).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Assist in preparing internal communication materials.
- Coordinate daily reports with branches.
- Manage office asset issuance and usage.
- Request maintenance and repairs when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and availability of essentials in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
