Job Description
Amma’s Pastries, a renowned bakery brand in Kerala, is seeking a Quality Controller for our production unit in Kodakara. We pride ourselves on delivering premium cakes and pastries while adhering to the highest quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality control procedures and inspections of products.
- Conduct hygiene audits and document quality reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to solve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or related fields, 2-4 years experience in QC in the food/bakery industry, knowledge of food safety norms.
