Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic CEC Officer for our Outbound Digital Banking team at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate is a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role and has a good understanding of the call center industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flair for sales, and flexibility to manage 8 week offs scattered across the month with a 9-hour shift are essential. A self-motivated team player who can build rapport quickly is desired.
