Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is looking for a dedicated Collection Officer to identify potential areas for business growth and manage member relationships. Your responsibilities will include adding new members, collecting documents, conducting loan utilization checks, timely collections of monthly installments, and maintaining portfolio quality.
You will average 200 customers, organize centre meetings, and update registers daily while adhering to the company’s code of conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month.
Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid sick time. Willingness to travel is required (75%).
