Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is hiring dedicated Field Executives to manage client portfolios, assist in payment recovery, and maintain accurate financial records while adhering to legal guidelines.
Qualifications: A minimum of +2, with candidates up to 30 years old encouraged to apply, especially freshers and those with MFI experience.
We offer an attractive salary structure starting at ₹12,00 for the first two months, increasing to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. Additional benefits include unlimited incentives, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and health insurance.
Job Type: Full-time. Male candidates only. Flexible schedules and food are provided.
