Job Description
Join Dects Technologies LLP as a Chat Support Officer! We are looking for candidates with excellent written communication skills in English, a fast typing speed (minimum 30 WPM preferred), and strong problem-solving abilities. You will assist customers through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries about products, services, and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining updated knowledge of company policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, with night and rotational shifts available, as well as overtime pay and performance bonuses.
