Nals Outdoors is seeking an energetic and passionate Outdoor Trainer / Facilitator based in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. This role involves designing and delivering outbound training activities, team-building programs to students, faculty, and corporate participants. Candidates must have at least 2 years of outbound training experience and be physically fit. Additionally, knowledge of Tamil, English, and Hindi is highly advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire youth are essential. Candidates with a background in adventure courses or basic mountaineering will stand out.
