Job Description
The primary responsibility of a GRN (Goods Received Note) Executive is to accurately oversee the receipt of goods into our warehouse. This role involves generating GRNs in our ERP system, matching delivery documents with physical goods, and ensuring proper documentation. You will also collaborate with the Quality Control team to inspect goods and manage inventory discrepancies effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing accurate GRNs.
- Verifying supplier delivery documents and received goods.
- Properly labeling materials and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintaining organized GRN logs and updating related documentation.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve GRN-related issues.
