Job Description
Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Associate. In this role, you will address high volumes of customer inquiries, investigate delinquent accounts, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also update customer contacts and initiate necessary account adjustments.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Experience with Oracle is a plus. This role requires flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
