Job Description
We are Jais Jewellery, looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives.
Location: Work from Office – Salt Lake, Sec V, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹19,00 (Gross Salary)
Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- No Sales or Target-Based Work.
