Job Description
We are ISF GROUP, seeking a talented Master Mariner to join our training team. This full-time position is primarily hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai or Pune. As a Maritime Trainer, you will conduct both online and in-person training sessions, develop course materials that adhere to international standards, and manage associated administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for deck-level courses.
- Create and update materials according to STCW, IMO, and industry trends.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and certification.
Requirements:
- Master Mariner with sailing experience (tanker background preferred).
- Training experience is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with digital tools and hybrid work is essential.
