Job Description
Cyitechsearch Interactive Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive. The role involves resolving customer queries through voice calls in both English and Hindi.
Job Profile: Engage with customers to provide exceptional support.
Mandatory Criteria: Minimum Graduate, fresher or experienced candidates are welcome, with excellent communication skills. Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy is required.
Shift: 24/7, rotating shifts with 5 working days and 2 off days.
Pay: ₹21,00.00 – ₹33,00.00 per month with benefits including health insurance and performance bonuses.
