Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Your responsibilities will include entering new customer information, identifying needs, clarifying queries, and providing accurate suggestions. You will also handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by building trust through effective communication.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, be able to work towards personal and team targets, and participate in ongoing training sessions. This full-time position requires you to be based in Thrissur, Kerala. A monthly salary of ₹12,500.00 – ₹20,00.00 is offered.
