Job Description
Intigniz Solutions is seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in Denials and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the US healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding claims with US insurance companies.
- Manage and resolve claim denials.
- Oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of AR calling experience.
- Strong knowledge of denial codes and claim processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of ₹8,345.26 – ₹40,00.00 per month, plus bonuses.
