Job Description
We are hiring Field Executives to manage client portfolios and assist in payment recovery. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to legal guidelines. Ideal candidates should have a minimum qualification of +2 and be below 30 years of age, whether freshers or experienced in MFI.
We offer an attractive salary with unlimited incentives, provident fund, ESIC, gratuity, and insurance. Freshers will receive ₹12,00 for the first two months, followed by a salary upgrade to ₹20,860 upon confirmation.
