Job Description
Requirement:
- Good convincing skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and general computer skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferable).
Responsibilities:
- Post-sales follow-up to collect payments and documents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Daily and monthly report preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Regular reporting on follow-up activities.
